About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead the Growth team that will deliver best in class user growth capabilities spanning accounts & identity, new user experience, re-engagement, and multi-device adoption. You will be responsible for converting top-of-funnel traffic, ensuring new users return to Tubi, and defining the constructs for user identity. 

You’ll work closely with engineering, machine learning, data science, design, and content teams to break down complex problems into goal-oriented product strategies and plans that will drive our business forward. 

This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office.

What Success Will Look Like:

  • Maximizing top-of funnel conversion from all traffic sources, through marketing tech and a seamless new user experience
  • Building best in class reengagement capabilities, leveraging CRM and ML to drive users back to Tubi
  • Evolving user accounts, registration and identity constructs to enable more personalized experiences 
  • Innovating on capabilities to encourage mobile-first users to view Tubi on TV devices 
  • Upleveling the PM and CRM team

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop industry-leading capabilities in marketing tech, CRM, account and identity management and multi-device engagement
  • Be accountable for achieving company/board-level growth objectives
  • Drive growth in viewer conversion and engagement using data-driven product experiments and ML/AI as foundational building blocks
  • Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome them
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at Tubi

Your Background:

  • 8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing products (entertainment-focused products and Growth experience preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience leading and managing product teams
  • Data-driven execution 
  • Ability to go deep into technical challenges with engineering and machine learning
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, machine learning, data science, design, and content teams to accelerate growth
  • Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps in high growth environments
  • Ability to work with and influence senior executive teams across the company

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

Base ($236,000 to $337,000 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
