We are looking for a Director of IT to lead our information technology infrastructure and operations. This role is critical in ensuring our systems and networks are efficient, secure, and scalable to support the growth of Strava. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage critical IT projects, and lead a diverse team. 

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.

Lead IT Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment that exemplifies Strava’s values

Ensure Robust IT Infrastructure:

Drive Innovation:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in architecting and implementing scalable technology solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrable ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
