The Role: 
We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Director of Global Renewals to lead, build, and own the strategy for renewals in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is instrumental in driving 120% Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) and 95% Gross Recurring Revenue (GRR) while establishing scalable processes to ensure long-term customer retention and revenue growth. 

This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a best-in-class renewals program, working cross-functionally and leading by example as we scale our operations. 
 
What You Will Do: 

  • Pioneer and Build the Renewals function, designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems to drive seamless, efficient contract renewals. 
  • Define and track key renewal KPIs, includinvg NRR and GRR, while delivering insights and visibility to the executive team. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and continuity across the customer lifecycle. 
  • Lead the charge on process innovation, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the renewal experience and streamline operations. 
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Renewals team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. 
  • Champion customer relationships, working closely with the team to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Who We Are Looking For: A minimum of 10 years of experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success within the software or technology industry. 

  • A track record of success driving customer retention and revenue growth through strategic renewal practices. 
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing renewal processes, including setting up the operational framework and metrics. 
  • At least 5 years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of customer-focused strategies.

Base Salary: $175,000 - $195,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
