We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our growing team. This is a strategic sales role, focused on establishing revenue generating subscription relationships with wealth management firms, ICPMs, broker/dealers, banks, insurance companies and similar financial institutions that are focused on wealth management delivery. The ideal candidate has an established track record in strategic enterprise sales, specifically selling wealth-technology to financial institutions.
You will work closely with our executive, finance, sales, technology and product teams to ensure delivery and success of new engagements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead enterprise SaaS sales functions from prospecting to close
- Maintain a network of external relationships
- Establish “growth oriented” relationships with wealth management firms, ICPMs, broker/dealers, banks, insurance companies etc.
- Research and support the development of enterprise sales strategies
- Develop and maintain pitch books, financial models, marketing materials
- Working closely with technology and product teams to identify product opportunity
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on wealth-tech sales to Canadian financial institutions
- Only candidates with prior experience in wealth-tech enterprise SaaS sales will be considered for this role
- Expert financial modelling, pitch book/deck creation, memo/report writing skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies from the ground up, leading execution from an end-to-end perspective
- Advanced knowledge of fintech, wealth & asset management (including mid/back-office operational process)
- Rockstar communicator who can translate technical details into benefits, distil complicated messages into easy to understand value props, and persuade others with thoughtful storytelling
- Hungry and independent thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, unstructured growth environment - you must be a self-starter
