About This Role:

As the marketing leader who takes this role, you are creative, analytical, and passionate about developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in a truth-seeking culture and bring an analytical mindset to measure performance and make informed decisions. You will partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to translate our strategy into category-creating execution that effectively enhances brand awareness, customer engagement, and drives product adoption. Your expertise in cloud technologies and digital marketing will be instrumental in expanding our leadership position in the industry

A Day In The Life:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.

  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact.

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing initiatives for senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Grow the digital marketing organization by hiring exceptional, high-performing digital marketers. 

  • Lead, develop, coach, and grow a team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, collaboration, and execution excellence.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with 5+ years in a management role.

  • Track record of successfully launching and managing AI and/or cloud-based products, driving awareness and adoption, ideally for complex technical products.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (high EQ).

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and be detail-oriented. 

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling high-functioning, bar-raising teams.

  • Extensive experience in collaborating with executives.

  • A MBA degree with a marketing concentration is strongly preferred.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $215,000 - $230,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
