The Business Technology (BT) team at LiveRamp is responsible for delivering secure, scalable technology solutions and great user experiences while enabling efficient processes to power our business. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of LiveRamp's enterprise applications and supporting business transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The BT Director will establish strategic partnerships with commercial, legal, product, and finance teams to ensure business systems align with LiveRamp’s objectives. This role focuses on managing and optimizing CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Marketo, as well as integration platforms like Workato and SnapLogic. It requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership

  • Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for enterprise applications, aligning with LiveRamp’s digital transformation goals.

  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, SnapLogic, and Workato to deliver business value and drive innovation.

Enterprise Architecture & System Integration

  • Oversee the design and implementation of a scalable, secure enterprise architecture.

  • Ensure seamless integration of applications across the technology stack, optimizing system performance and scalability.

Business Transformation Leadership

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.

  • Support business transformation initiatives by delivering technology solutions that achieve measurable outcomes.

Program & Project Management

  • Provide executive oversight for major technology programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Implement governance frameworks to manage risks and ensure quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business priorities.

  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders, including the C-suite.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a global team of full-time employees and contractors, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Develop talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.

Vendor & Partnership Management

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure maximum value from technology investments.

  • Oversee contracts and service-level agreements for enterprise applications.

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

  • Proactively manage risks related to data security and system performance.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in CRM and integration tools.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and integration tools like SnapLogic and Workato.

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and lead-to-order processes.

  • Experience working in SaaS companies with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) operations.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and foster collaboration.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving

  • Ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven decision-making with a focus on root-cause analysis.

Project Management

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

  • Track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Compliance Knowledge

  • Expertise in building secure, compliant systems adhering to industry regulations.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $234,500 to $276,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
