The Company:

The Role:
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Director of Brand Strategy will contribute significantly to the success of the company’s first commercial launches by leading commercial strategy workstreams across the portfolio, including annual brand planning (i.e., strategic and budget planning), ongoing budget management, and insight / performance evaluation, among others. This individual will be a critical member of the Marketing Team and Integrated Brand Team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders on highly collaborative workstreams with significant organizational visibility.

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with Brand Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access to lead development of cross-functional Brand / Launch plan outlining Brand Strategy, supporting tactics, clear budget allocation, and KPIs.
•    Lead development and ongoing management of annual Marketing budget in collaboration with Marketing Team colleagues, adapting / optimizing as needed.
•    Collaborate with Marketing colleagues (e.g., HCP Marketing, Patient Marketing) and other cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Research) to organize, gather, and analyze Commercial insights for zidesamtinib and neladalkib, including identification of critical insight gaps, creation of market research plans to fill gaps, assessment / synthesis of insights, and development of strategic implications / recommendations
•    Collaborate with Insights / Analytics on ongoing performance measurement / KPI tracking and synthesize strategic implications / recommendations.
•    Collaborate with Corporate Strategy / Competitive Intelligence to lead cross-functional competitive planning and ensure preparedness for the Integrated Brand Team
•    Lead cross-functional coordination of organizational responses to key market events (e.g., competitor data sets / approvals, Nuvalent product approvals).
•    Commercial representation on the Neladalkib Product Development Team 
•    Collaborate with VP of Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Forecasting to contribute to assessment / recommendations of LCM opportunities and relevant business cases.
•    Collaborate with senior stakeholders and peers to contribute to upward communication (e.g., Board of Directors presentation).

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    10+ years of biopharma commercial experience; prior consulting and oncology experience preferred
•    Product launch experience, preferably in oncology 
•    Patient and HCP marketing experience
•    Highly experienced in problem-solving, qualitative / quantitative data analysis, and strategy
•    Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional workstreams, collaborating closely with peers and senior stakeholders, and creating / delivering presentations to diverse audiences
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and rapidly adapt to change
•    Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
