The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and guidance as the statistical expert on Pharmacokinetics (PK) /Biomarker analyses in clinical program teams.
  • Lead statistical discussions with external parties including Health Authorities and joint development partners.
  • Provide statistical strategic input into clinical documents.
  • Collaborate with project team members and CROs to generate clinical protocol, author statistical analysis plan/TLF templates, analysis specifications incorporating statistical methodologies that address PK and biomarker objectives.
  • Perform analysis, interpret study results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct interim data review, final reports, and publications.
  • Stay abreast of emerging statistical methods and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into PK/biomarker study designs and analyses.

Skills and Experience We Look For

  • MS/MA degree in related discipline and 12 years of relevant experience, or PhD in related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry. Experience in PK and/or biomarker studies required.
  • Strong knowledge of CDISC standards as it applies to PK/biomarker data.
  • Expertise in SAS and/or R programming, with a strong understanding of PK modeling and biomarker analysis.
  • Knowledge of appropriate regulations, industry standards and guidance documents.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and creative thinker.
  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration, organizational/leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $255,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
