Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and providing support for our platforms, ensuring performance, and optimal functionality.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any platform issues and recommend improvements.
  • Research issues or improvement requests by managing support cases with vendors.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and feedback.
  • Implement changes to process flows and supported platforms.
  • Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring platforms' performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in product development, innovation, or related roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Fiserv is preferred.
  • Banking industry experience preferred.
