MediaRadar offers comprehensive advertising analysis for over 4 million brands across multiple media platforms including TV, digital, mobile, email, events, social media, and print. Media sellers rely on MediaRadar to prospect, create compelling pitches, and connect with the right buyers. Agencies and marketers use MediaRadar to create the best media mix, uncover new advertising opportunities, and monitor their competitors. MediaRadar also offers custom solutions and data licensing for use in market research, sales intelligence, ad compliance, and equity markets.
In November of 2023, MediaRadar acquired Vivvix, a company offering competitive advertising intelligence across both digital and traditional media channels, such as mobile apps, streaming services, and social media. MediaRadar and Vivvix are both AI-powered platforms, with AI used to track and collect advertising insights across media channels, as well as to power sales recommendations and prospecting tools. Following the Transaction, MediaRadar’s expanded resources and capital will allow it to further invest in cutting-edge data and tech capabilities, building next-gen solutions that drive maximum value for its customers and cementing its position as the industry’s analytics leader.
Summary:
The Digital Media Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of digital media assets and incoming data, including the website, social media channels, video, and static formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media industry best practices, as well as experience with content management systems, social media management tools, and operational data processing platforms.
This role sits within the Content and Data Management team, specifically within the Data Stewardship function. Data Stewardship is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data assets through robust management practices and close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Over the next year, this function will evolve into an Innovation Hub, expanding its impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data Stewardship - Digital team including on and off-shore resources and/or vendors. This includes but is not limited to:
- Validating that work products and client tickets are consistently completed on time, in scope, and at expected quality
- Maintaining a portfolio of documentation
- Providing professional development and coaching
- Lead the day to day team through key performance indicators/metric assessments and resulting prioritization decisions (also including lead the reporting process that supports the business needs)
- Participate in projects and programs that will enhance our operational processes or product development and client usage of our information
- Be prepared to recommend courses of action for the organization to take in order to advance our product quality, delivery and content
- Continuously improve the Content & Data department. This includes:
- Making processes and procedures scalable, repeatable, and dependable using Lean and Six-sigma methodology
- Collaborating with other departments on continuous improvement projects designed to improve the product, process, quality, delivery, and cost
- Analyzing project viability using cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and providing recommendations to leadership
- You have experience managing a team of at least 6 people
- You have experience partnering with stakeholders across the organization and across countries/time zones
- 5+ years of experience in digital media operations
- Strong understanding of digital media best practices
- Experience with content management systems, social media management tools

The expected salary range for this full-time, exempt level role is $85,000 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, and qualifications, as well as internal pay equity. The listed range may be adjusted based on regional market differences. This role is also eligible for benefits.
