Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This job is available to work in one of our hub locations: CA (Bay area) or Austin, TX and will be hybrid.

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy behind campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll combine account-based marketing and traditional demand generation to reach the right buyers at the right time through the right mix of channels. This is a strategic role: you’ll develop campaign plans, set goals, and guide agency and contractor execution across paid media channels, and work with a Campaign Manager (focused on execution), an ABX Specialist, and cross-functional teams in MOPS, product marketing, and sales to build programs that convert.

In this role, you’ll own:

Campaign Strategy & Funnel Planning

  • Lead the development of campaign strategy aligned to business goals and GTM priorities.
  • Combine ABM and traditional demand generation to build effective programs forenterprise and mid-market.
  • Define messaging, audiences, offers, and channel mix across the buyer journey.
  • Define webinar topics, target audiences, and content strategy, aligning with ABM and demand gen priorities and work with the Campaign Manager to execute webinar
    promotion and follow-up workflows in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the ABX Specialist to integrate account-based plays into campaign plans.

Paid Media Oversight (Contractor-Executed)

  • Own the strategy and budget for paid search, paid social, and display.
  • Manage agencies and contractors—set objectives, review plans, and hold them accountable to performance.
  • Review results and recommend changes to creative, spend, targeting, and offers based on data.
  • Ensure paid programs are aligned with broader campaign objectives and funnel stages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with MOPS to translate marketing lead, pipeline, and revenue goals intoactionable campaigns and programs, ensuring clear alignment between marketing
    performance metrics and execution.
  • Partner with Sales, CX, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and MOPS to aligncampaigns with business needs.
  • Work with Field Marketing and Sales to align webinars with customer pain points and sales priorities.
  • Work with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work with the Campaign Manager and MOPS to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot, ensuring seamless lead nurturing, scoring, and
    handoff to sales

Performance & Optimization

  • Work with MOPS to analyze reporting on campaign and channel performance, ensuring results are connected to pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager, paid media contractors/agencies, and ABX Specialist to drive continuous testing and iteration, including A/B tests on creative,
    channels, and offers. 
  • Use funnel and attribution insights to guide future strategy and optimize marketing investment.

What You Bring:

  • 6 years of growth marketing experience in cybersecurity, driving demand generation and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to develop strategy that converts into pipeline, effectively integrating ABM and traditional demand capture.
  • Deep expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and multi-channel marketing, with a strong grasp of paid search and paid social, and their role in the
    funnel.
  • Experience leveraging webinars as a pipeline-driving channel, integrating them into full-funnel marketing programs.
  • Experience managing agencies and contractors, ensuring performance-driven execution and continuous optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset, skilled in analyzing metrics, optimizing campaigns, and running A/B tests to improve efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and simplify complex ideas.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of adapting quickly, driving results, and making an impact under tight deadlines.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $151,500 - $168,500 OTE + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
