Your Role:

The Digital Marketing Associate Director will be responsible for driving digital strategy and tactics for SpringWorks’ commercial product(s), as well as other clinical-stage programs. This role will enable high-impact product, and disease communications across all digital channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners. 

This role will be responsible for the development and deployment of digital tactics inclusive of CRM, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, targeted media, and third-party platform communications. This person will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of all marketing websites.  

The successful candidate will have a desire and passion to play an integral part in building a company focused on impacting patients with high unmet needs. The candidate must have a ‘roll up your sleeves, get things done’ mindset to be successful here. The successful candidate will recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company and will come in laser-focused on role execution to capitalize on that opportunity. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Location Classification – Remote:

Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs. #LI-Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend, performance and ROI, leveraging the Data, Insights and Analytics team to educate the larger Brand/Field teams and leadership on the available metrics and data in terms of customer engagement and all relevant content and channels. 
  • Oversees the development and execution of different innovative solutions to advance our decision-making capabilities and improve the way we engage with HCPs and patients throughout their journey. 
  • Evaluates emerging trends and implements marketing strategies in various channels – personal promotion, non-personal promotion and congresses. 
  • Utilizes audience research and trend analysis to develop supporting modular, personalized content. Evaluates customer research, market conditions and competitor activities. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Role Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred 
  • 7+ year experience in a pharmaceutical brand marketing role 
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing / multi-channel strategy role 
  • Patient marketing and HCP marketing experience required; rare disease experience preferred 
  • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing tactics and digital channels, including but not limited to field-based channels, email, SMS, websites, paid search, SEO, social media, programmatic, OLV, CTV/OTT, mobile apps, digital sales aids and measurement/insight generation. 
  • Demonstrated experienced leveraging customer journeys and experience maps to engage target audiences during “moments that matter” -- creating personalized, field based and omnichannel solutions with the individual in mind. 
  • Experience with A/B testing across channels and content types. 
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate KPIs, and maximize value of marketing investment. 
  • Strong grasp of pharmaceutical MLR process including submitting and managing projects in Veeva PromoMats 
  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, WordPress, Google Marketing Platform (specifically Analytics and Tag Manager)
  • Strong understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products .

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is $152,250.00 - $200,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
