Job Summary:
We are seeking a Development Operations Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support and optimize our development infrastructure. The ideal candidate will specialize in Jenkins and the Atlassian toolchain, ensuring efficient and reliable CI/CD workflows. This role will involve collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline automation, improve deployment pipelines, and maintain robust DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Administer and optimize the Atlassian toolchain, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve build and release workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
- Ensure security and compliance in DevOps processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Development Operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Jenkins for automation and pipeline management.
- Strong expertise in the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Groovy) for automation.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
