A Day in the Life of our Desktop Administrator
Our Desktop Administrators are responsible for all daily IT Operational needs. They support our clients by understanding their network and systems needs before implementation, and will be working towards managing and maintaining systems. On the daily, Desktop Admins support hardware, software, SaaS, and related wireless/VPN technologies.

Daily Responsibilities
- Provide user support both onsite and remote staff
- Troubleshoot Software and Hardware issues for staff as needed
- Take part in company wide projects (system upgrades, security rollouts)
- Test and qualify new hardware/software for the company
- Utilize established ticketing system to track open issues
- Responsible for knowledge Base documentation creation
- Supporting C-Level executives when needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of support experience with a variety of operating systems (MacOS preferred)
- Proficient within Google Workspace administration
- Experience with SaaS Applications
- Experience with Okta administration
- Audio/Visual application support and troubleshooting (Zoom)
- Work experience with JAMF for MDM
- Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, and various mobile devices
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel throughout the bay area
