Atlassian is looking for a demand generation professional to join our team as a Demand Generation Strategist to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase demand for our Teamwork Foundations solution with emphasis on Jira Expansion. Your role will be to build and execute the B2B demand generation strategy, working alongside sales, product marketing, and other internal teams. We are looking for a marketer who thinks outside of the box with a creative slant and creates delightful customer experiences and campaigns to reach our target audiences. You thrive in funnel analytics and understand how to create pipeline via marketing programs and channels. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.
In this role you'll get to

  • Manage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion to penetrate the non-tech market.
  • Build comprehensive, omnichannel, creative campaigns to penetrate the non-tech audience
  • Facilitate campaign success by building solid distribution strategies and execute on operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns.
  • Support the Product Marketing team with new features and product launches and translate business goals into demand-generation strategies and execution plans.
  • Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys and how to market and engage our key targets and personas successfully.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance insights to peers and Marketing leadership
  • Foster tight alignment with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution and meet quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.


Scope:
On the first day we'll expect you to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Experience implementing enterprise programs and processes.
  • Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales (emphasis on high-touch sales/Enterprise and Midmarket).
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies and industry trends
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC + Marketo a big plus).
  • Extraordinary program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $125,600 - $167,400
Zone B: $113,000 - $150,700
Zone C: $104,200 - $138,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
