Job Summary
Phantom AI is currently looking for a Data Labeling Specialist to join our team in Mountain View, California. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making accurate annotations to images or sensor data by following labeling guidelines.
• Responsible for filtering out bad labels or images and having a quality check of outsourced data annotated images.
• Evaluate metrics to improve productivity/performance and provide feedback to development engineers to design new features for more efficient labeling and derive a proper labeling guideline.

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Excellent follow-through record-keeping skills
• Highly detail-oriented and high level of perception
• Highly reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking individual with interest in Artificial Intelligence Technology
• Interested in learning new skills to grow into a software engineering, analytics, or product
• Ability to learn new software solutions in a timely manner
