Correlation One is hosting the Cyber Sentinel Skills Challenge, a unique, one-day cybersecurity competition sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Win your share of a $15,000 prize pool, solve fun cybersecurity challenges, and access new job opportunities at the DoD.
This event is designed to help you:
- Unlock career opportunities and get on the radar of DoD recruiters
- Test your skills and gain experience solving some of the most pressing security threats globally through 20+ Capture the Flag-style simulations
- Connect with your peers and build a strong, supportive network of cybersecurity professionals
The competition details:
- When: June 14, 2025
- Where: Virtual
- Duration: 8 hours (11am - 7pm ET)
- Cost: Free
- Early application deadline: April 8, 2025
- Total prize pool: $15,000
- Experience required: All levels of cybersecurity are welcome
- Challenge categories: Forensics, Malware/ Reverse Engineering, Networking & Reconnaissance, Open-Source Intelligence Gathering (OSINT), Web Security
About you:
- You must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident with a valid Green Card.
- You must be over the age of 18.
- Individuals from all levels of cybersecurity experience, whether you are a seasoned cybersecurity professional or just starting in the field, are welcome to apply.
