Responsibilities:
📞 Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
🤝 Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
🛠️ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
🗃️ Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
🤝 Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
💡 Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
🌐 Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
🎓 Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
📅 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
📝 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
⚡ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
🔍 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
💻 Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
