Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE,  Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are currently looking for a CTO to lead our internal payments product - Moto. 

Your main tasks will be:

  • 50% management, 50% hands-on tasks
  • Managing a development team of 8 people
  • Ensuring the stability and reliability of the department's infrastructure
  • Defining and executing the technology strategy to align with business goals
  • Overseeing the integration of third-party payment systems and APIs to expand service capabilities
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions

    Required skills:

    • Fluent Russian speaker
    • Strong knowledge of .NET stack: .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6+; C#; ASP.NET Core, Angular
    • ORM: EF/EF Core, dapper
    • Databases: MS SQL Server, MongoDB; Redis; Database architecture, data migration, query optimization
    • Message brokers: RabbitMQ
    • Microservices architecture, asyncronous programming, performance optimization, CI/CD (Teamcity + Octopus, azure devOps), Git, 
    • HTTP, gRPC
    • Experience with hi load applications, AMQP brokers (MassTransit, kafka, Azure service bus), architecture patterns

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
