PRODUCT MANAGEMENTWhat We Do

Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.

What You'll Do

Epic is looking for a Creator Growth Manager to join our Creator Relations team and help grow Epic’s creator ecosystem by identifying key target segments, identifying growth initiatives, and partnering with internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, Community, and Education. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategy and project management skills with a passion for gaming and UGC ecosystems.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and growth areas that align with business objectives
  • Identify and drive cross-functional projects to increase adoption among creator cohorts and find ways to scale impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Iterating and scaling establishing feedback processes to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Ensure alignment, consistency, and consensus across multiple teams
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure and track the impact of initiatives
  • Stay informed industry trends and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience working in strategy, program management, strategic marketing, or partner development
  • Knowledge/experience of gaming creators and developers, and/or in UGC ecosystems
  • Proven track record of identifying and gaining buy-in on successful initiatives that align with business objectives and produce tangible results
  • Project management skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions, and experience with SQL and Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes
  • You’re user-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do.

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$202,701$297,295 USD

California Base Pay Range

$178,377$261,620 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$162,161$237,835 USD
