Client Accelerators is seeking a highly creative and analytical Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive client success.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can turn client objectives into powerful creative ideas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and data analysts to develop and execute effective campaigns.

We sprint into action with our ad skills, set up all the tracking, sift through the data like seasoned detectives, and give our clients' creatives the full-cycle treatment they deserve! This includes the magical works of copywriting, video editing, and content tweaking. The result? A sales-boosting extravaganza that can double, triple, or even quadruple our clients' revenue!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Creative Strategy/Concept Development - Responsibility: Oversee the development of innovative and effective creative strategies that align with client goals and drive campaign success.
  • Brand Messaging/Voicing/Direction - Responsibility: Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and direction across all client campaigns to ensure alignment with the client’s brand identity.
  • Client Research. Responsibility: Conduct in-depth research to gather insights on the client’s industry, competitors, and target audience to inform creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Ideation & Conceptual Development - Responsibility: Lead the ideation process to generate innovative concepts that drive successful campaigns, ensuring that all ideas align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Graphic Design/Image Creation - Responsibility: Manage the creation of graphic design and visual assets that align with campaign goals and client brand guidelines.
  • Lead Funnel Design and Building - Responsibility: Oversee the design and development of marketing funnels, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation, conversion, and client objectives.
  • Maintain MCS, Drive, and Client Asanas - Responsibility: Ensure that the Master Content Schedule (MCS), Drive, and client Asana boards are up-to-date, organized, and accurately reflect the status of all creative projects.
  • Submit Script Request - Responsibility: Manage the process of submitting script requests to the copywriting team, ensuring that scripts are aligned with the creative vision and campaign goals.

Outcomes:

  • Each Client Has 30 Creative Concepts Fully Launched & Tested In First 60 Days of Launching
  • Tracking: Monitor the number of concepts developed, launched, and tested for each client, ensuring all 30 are completed within the 60-day timeframe.
  • Develop and Submit 50 Creative Ideas Per Client Within the First 30 Days
  • Tracking: Track the number of creative ideas generated and submitted to the internal team or client, ensuring the target is met.
  • Provide Detailed Analysis for 100% of Creative Concepts Within 7 Days of Campaign Completion, Reported to the CEO
  • Tracking: 100% Completion of Creative Stats Sheet & Report Sent On Time To CEO
Requirements

Here are the key requirements for the Creative Strategist role:

  • Previous experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing research and data analysis
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
