Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and enhance our corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, employee devices, user identities, data and file systems, and enterprise applications. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for efficiency.
While this position does not involve direct people management, you will provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to the team, driving the strategy and execution of infrastructure improvements. In addition, you will play a hands-on role in troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring seamless operation of IT services across the organization.
In this role you will:
- Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and maintain infrastructure best practices, standards, and policies to enhance security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT members and stakeholders to define and execute the infrastructure roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and automation to improve IT operations and efficiency.
- Lead incident response and problem management efforts, driving resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
- Infrastructure Management & Operations
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of networking, endpoint management, identity management, storage, and cloud-based services.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of employee devices, applications, and data.
- Manage user identity and access controls, enforcing security best practices across systems.
- Optimize and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Work closely with security teams to monitor and mitigate risks related to infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Maintain inventory systems for asset and device management.
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as an escalation point for critical infrastructure issues, troubleshooting complex problems across IT systems.
- Provide hands-on support for network, hardware, software, and identity management issues affecting employees.
- Collaborate with internal IT engineering and support staff and external vendors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with end-user devices, applications, and network issues.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Familiarity with security best practices related to infrastructure, devices, and identity management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives without direct managerial responsibility.
- Networking: Zscaler, Firewalls, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): MS Entra ID, SSO, MFA, group policies
- Endpoint Management: Intune, Jamf, Windows/Mac/Linux configuration management
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS
- Storage & File Management: Google Drive, Sharefile and on-prem network storage solutions
- Enterprise Applications: SaaS application management, integrations such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace

Zone 1: $155,000 - $182,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle)
Zone 2: $141,000 - $166,000 (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento)
Zone 3: $124,000 - $151,000 (Other US Metros)
