Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Contracts Management, the Coordinator will collaborate with multiple departments and teams within the organization. The role involves the development and maintenance of proposals and contracts. This position requires the ability to perform under pressure, work quickly and efficiently with challenging deadlines, and manage a high-volume workload.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining contracts such as Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Scopes of Work (SOW), and Change Orders (CO).
- Generate and edit previously developed contracts according to new information or advice.
- Maintain the contract closedown process.
- Completes all quote requests from Internal Endpoint team.
- Assist with sending DocuSign envelopes to clients.
- Enter product lines, Purchase Orders (POs), and contract closures in Salesforce.
- Organize client files in internal repository system.
- Working with Finance on SFDC record maintenance and clean up.
- Maintains and updates Salesforce.com and/or equivalent tools related to the sales process.
- Responsible for achieving contract metrics, goals, and initiatives.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a similar field to Business Administration, Finance, or Communications is preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a related field, such as administrative or sales support, data entry, or customer-focused roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
