What You’ll Do 

Are you a creative storyteller who loves turning complex ideas into eye-catching, easy-to-digest visuals? We’re looking for a talented Content Designer to join our Product team and bring our product vision to life. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how we communicate cutting-edge innovations—like the Intelligent DMS, hybrid lexical and semantic search, and next-gen user experiences—through compelling graphics and clear, impactful design. You’ll work closely with product marketing, product management, and other teams to create high-impact visuals for presentations, marketing collateral, and strategic initiatives. If you’re passionate about blending design with strategy and making complex concepts crystal clear, we’d love to have you on board! 

You will: 

  • Design compelling and informative visuals that support the articulation of product strategy, features, and customer benefits.  
  • Create graphics and illustrations that simplify complex concepts, including AI-driven search experiences, next-generation user interfaces, and competitive differentiators.  
  • Develop visual assets for strategy decks, industry presentations, pitch decks, launch briefs, and competitive landscapes to support marketing and sales efforts.  
  • Work closely with product marketing, product management, and marketing to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and storytelling across all materials.  
  • Maintain and evolve a visual style that aligns with the company's brand identity while tailoring designs for different use cases and audiences.  
  • Support the creation of infographics, diagrams, videos, and other assets that clarify complex processes and workflows.  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards. 

 

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.  
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing or strategy design, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.  
  • Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Loom, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating visuals that communicate technical and strategic concepts effectively.  
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.  
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency in branding and design.  
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, product management, and sales.  
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design choices clearly.  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Compensation Transparency 

The compensation range for this position is: $85,000 - $100,000 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
