  • Consistent Pay and W-2 Benefits: Earn $70/hr, with payment semi-monthly. As a W-2 employee, you’ll have income stability, tax simplification, paid sick time, access to 401k, and full malpractice insurance, all without exclusivity requirements. Plus, you’ll be eligible for yearly merit increases based on performance.
  • Balanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a caseload of 7-20 clients per week with session hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday. Create a balanced schedule without penalties for cancellations. 
  • Support for Professional Growth: We provide free CE credits through optional monthly APA-accredited courses, one-on-one consultations, group case consultation, and wellness events to support your growth.


About the Role

We are seeking Consult Clinicians to deliver thoughtful, data-driven intake sessions with our clients. Utilizing your clinical expertise and technology, you will provide clients with high-quality and data-driven assessment services to ensure they are routed to the appropriate ongoing care. Our diverse team of Clinicians offers a highly unique work environment, fostering continuous learning and a culture of support and camaraderie. In addition to providing clinical assessments, you will participate in regular clinical meetings, professional development, and ongoing training. 


Requirements

  • Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) 
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing intake or assessment services
  • Minimum of six months of teletherapy experience
  • Ability to work for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time spent in client sessions
  • Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour/week for the 1st four weeks, and then 30min/month on-going
  • Have exceptional skills in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis and DSM-5 criteria
  • Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for diagnostic evaluation.
  • Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
  • Have a reliable internet connection for conducting video sessions
  • Availability between 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST Monday through Friday preferred

  • Clinical Interview: 45-minute video interview with one of our Clinical Managers
  • Reference Check: If your interviews proceed successfully, we will initiate a reference check
  • Offer: If all goes well, you’ll receive an offer to join our team! 
  • Interview Timeline: The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeks
