What's the role?
In the role of Compensation Solution Architect you will help us design, implement, and continuously improve our Sales Compensation system using Varicent v10. You'll be part of a global, innovative team that builds scalable, efficient, and automated solutions.
Further You will:

  • Lead the implementation of the Varicent compensation tool
  • Automate and optimize Sales Compensation processes
  • Integrate Varicent with the Sales Planning system
  • Develop end-to-end solutions in Varicent v10 - from design to implementation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business requirements
  • Maintain high coding standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
  • Follow Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
  • Support system operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Collaborate on future projects to introduce new tools and systems.


Who are you?
You are a team-player who collaborates well across teams. A fast learner and are comfortable working with little direction. You take initiative and bring up ideas. In addition you have the following:

  • Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM v10
  • Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform components
  • Understanding of compensation systems and how they integrate into business processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • SQL proficiency - strong in data handling and query optimization
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
  • Knowledge of relational database design and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A proactive and innovative mindset
  • Fluent English
