Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Operations Program Manager to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and become part of our fast-growing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategic programs, drive operational excellence. This role will focus on overseeing the Go-To-Market programs, commercial operations lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a background in sales or business development and experience working with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end process for commercial programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to build integrated plans and frameworks that support go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.

  • Program Management: Lead and manage high-impact commercial programs, act as primary point of contact ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and clear communication across stakeholders.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and scalability within the commercial operations function.

  • Data-driven Insights: Develop and track key performance metrics, using data and insights to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with tools, training, and resources to optimize performance and increase deal closure rates.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with leadership to create forecasts, track business performance, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks to ensure program success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, or similar roles, with a focus on cloud technologies, SaaS, and/or Generative AI software products.

  • Hands on experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Google Analytics etc), program management platforms (JIRA, Confluence etc) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Excel).

  • Strong program management and organizational skills, ability to manage and scale complex programs in fast paced environment, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.

  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders across various departments, strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market and Commercial Operations.

  • Demonstrated aptitude in balancing multiple programs, deadlines, and allocating time efficiently between short-term objectives and long-term goals.

  • Ability to carefully evaluate assumptions, questioning established methodologies, challenging own biases, and maintaining skepticism when interpreting results.

  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights to influence decision-making and optimize commercial operations.

  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, devising creative solutions, and iteratively refining ideas based on feedback and experimental evidence.
