Your role at Clorox:

As the Director, B2B Commercial Strategy you will lead our Healthcare and Cleaning commercial teams. In this role you are responsible for portfolio health, planning & execution of the 18 months business plan, marketing strategies & product commercialization.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop the 18month Strategic business plan for both Healthcare & Cleaning including delivering HC revenue, gross margin, & EBIT financial targets. 
  • Lead and direct cross functional HC & Cleaning commercial teams 
  • Responsible for HC & Cleaning Growth stack: growth strategy, category vision, brand STAR & brand equity map 
  • Responsible for HC & Cleaning portfolio demand generation plan including national campaign strategy & development, national & customer trade program and business "big bets"
  • Oversee personas & customer journey maps 
  • Responsible for HC & Cleaning portfolio strategy and owns core enterprise capabilities
  • Provide input into Clorox Professional business strategy and innovation strategy including integration responsibilities with Innovation lead
  • Own commercial inputs for HC & Cleaning into 3 year planning process. 
  • Recommend HC & Cleaning commercial business priorities as input into BU resource prioritization and allocation mega process.
  • Responsible for managing product portfolio partnerships.
  • Uses real-time insights/trends to inform dynamic decisions and planning
  • Delivers core enterprise capabilities into the BU

  • Previous budget/P&L experience/familiarity

  • 10+ years commercial experience

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $175,100 - $360,700

–Zone B: $160,500 - $330,700

–Zone C: $145,900 - $300,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
