Key responsibilities:

  • Acts as a sounding board and thought partner to the CRO and GTM LT for new ideas and initiatives
  • Helps define, drive, and run CRO-level and relevant business meetings/reviews and programs including staff meetings, leadership off-sites, QBRs, FTHMs, etc.
  • Collaborates with CRO’s CCBP and People Business Partner to prepare background, talking points, and/or presentations for internal and external speaking engagements. This includes managing organizational announcements and confidential projects
  • Partners with the CRO’s HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Finance Partner and GTM Operations leader in planning, metrics, reporting, and decisions related to the GTM organization
  • Close collaboration with GTM Ops lead and Finance lead to effectively run GTM organization and enable timely business decisions
  • Close collaboration with Internal Comms, HR, Ops, Finance to drive Change management and communications
  • Effectively triages escalations, including driving cross-functional conversations to get to the bottom of complex issues that may be blockers or helping to ensure a thoughtful, respectful, and acting with urgency for specific prospects, customer issues/needs and/or internal friction
  • Maintains and fosters a close partnership with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer on strategic initiatives and people agenda
  • Manages weekly GTM leadership staff meetings, including, but not limited to, creating agendas and enrolling participants with sufficient lead time if they are presenting and describing the outcome they should be driving, so they are actively prepared and so that the meetings are high impact use of time, timely follow-up of action items
  • Provides feedback on briefing materials for key customer/partner meetings/events prepared by others in the organization to ensure the outcomes, talking points, background on attendees/presenters, current business relationship, and opportunities are all clearly identified
  • Helps identify items that can be delegated to others to optimize the CRO’s time allocation to high-value activities

  • Is hyper-focused about concise written and verbal communication, concentrating on the outcome vs the task at hand

Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones / engaging with global stakeholders
  • Travel will be required







Base Salary Range:

$190,000$257,000 USD
