Boomi is looking for a Channel Strategy & Operations Lead to provide operational and analytical support to the Alliances & Channel organization.  You will be a part of the Field Operations function within the Revenue Operations team, which is responsible for defining and leading the operating cadence for the Go-To-Market organization. The Channel Strategy & Operations Lead will play a role across the Alliances & Channel leadership and management teams, as well as Sales, to build and run processes that allow us to manage the business and ensure we are capitalizing on the benefits of the channel ecosystem. We are seeking someone who will own the operating cadences (e.g. Pipe Gen and Pipe Management, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.), coordinating and collaborating with the Channel leadership and the Partner Programs team to define and implement strategy and process, assist in the build of new channel ecosystems to contribute to sales, continue to standardize reporting and dashboarding, and facilitate and contribute to the fiscal year planning process.

  • Coordinate with Channel leadership, Partner Programs, Strategic Finance and the Strategic Business Development to develop and implement channel strategies that align with the company’s overall sales and marketing goals.
  • Facilitate and deploy the operating plan for the Alliances & Channel team
  • Provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to senior Channel and Sales leadership on the channel strategy based on performed ana
  • Coordinate with the Reporting & Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI insights, progress to plan, etc.
  • Evaluate existing channel operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and integrate the GTM operating cadence into the Alliances & Channel teams to provide visibility and accountability across the channel and sales organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes, reporting and dashboarding updates, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in channel strategy, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as SFDC, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI is a plus, as well as Partner Management tools.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $128,349 - $192,524 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
