Job Description
In this role, you will focus on shaping the culture of our Enterprise Shared Services team. You will work closely with service owners, business stakeholders, and individual contributors to identify and implement cultural and organizational changes that drive service excellence and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, where our employees are empowered to take ownership of our services and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a culture transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with our company's values and goals
  • Analyze and understand the current culture of our Enterprise Shared Services team and identify opportunities, measure progression towards desired outcomes and address any blockers
  • Collaborate with service owners and business stakeholders to develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive service excellence
  • Work with employees to understand their needs and concerns and develop solutions that address them, including engaging other subject matter experts as appropriate
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on service ownership principles and practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, service owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that our culture transformation plan is effective and sustainable
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our culture transformation plan and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices around culture transformation


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading culture transformation initiatives in a shared services or enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of service ownership principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related field
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $195660
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
