About This Role: 

The Business Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Crusoe's legal, finance and people teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.

A Day In The Life:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for legal, finance and people team roles

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience

  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referrals

  • Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience

  • Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates

You Will Thrive in this Role if:

  • 3+ years of experience in business sourcing or recruiting

  • Understanding of the latest technologies and trends in sourcing

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape; preferably with a high-growth company, and a proven track record within a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to source and recruit top talent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Compensation Range:

Annual cash compensation will be $145,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
