As a Business Intelligence and WFM Specialist on the Neighborly Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include:

●Provide business recommendations based on data insights to contribute towards brand solutions and collaborate with the appropriate departments to execute them, while considering the impact of conversion and revenue.

  • Collecting data from various sources, cleaning and transforming it into a usable format, and performing in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.   

  • Creating interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders across all levels.   

  • Collaborating with partner’s WFM teams to ensure proper workforce management plans are in place, considering NBLY seasonality and growth plans.   

  • Reviewing schedules along with the partner’s Workforce Management teams to ensure coverage and service level success.   

  • Identifying opportunities or gaps in the partner’s staffing plans based on the company’s budgetary goals and seasonal flow.   

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.   

  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on demand for NBLY brands and the NCS department.   

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve workforce management processes, as well as reporting processes, to increase efficiency.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analysis and/or Workforce Management environment, with experience in report creation, data-driven initiatives, etc. Experience with workforce management software. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Experience with project management methodologies.   

  • Skills:

    • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.

    • Exceptional analysis and data visualization skills. Ability to work independently (virtually) as well as part of a team.

    • Ability to consult, communicate, and engage proper team members upon key findings that may impact budgetary or operational goals.

    • Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently.

    • Excellent organizational skills.   

    • Sense of humor.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:

    • Remote
