What you'll do :

  • Make 400+ targeted outreach attempts every week to benefit leaders, aiming for 4–6 meaningful first conversations.
  • Automate and optimize your own workstreams, pushing efficiency and scalability in everything you do.
  • Experiment constantly with messaging, channels, and tactics to uncover what works and then iterate quickly.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine outreach plans, track progress, and drive pipeline growth.
  • Document all activities, insights, and results in our CRM.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven ability to execute high-volume outreach in a BDR or similar role.
  • Resourcefulness in leveraging automation tools and workflows to streamline tasks.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a knack for testing new messaging and channels.
  • Self-motivation to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce), business software (Microsoft Office, Google Apps), and LinkedIn.
