The Business Development Manager leads revenue growth by cultivating relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and conducting market analysis in blockchain.
bloXroute Labs is seeking a proactive and results- oriented Business Development Manager to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering customer relationships. This position is a remote position base in the APAC.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers to drive business growth
- Work closely with the Business team to provide support in the development of proposals, presentations and sales materials
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
- Drive end to end sales process, from lead generations to contract negotiations to bring in new business
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and sales in APAC
- Fully remote, based in Asia, cover Asia time zone and flexible with work arrangements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- In-depth knowledge with blockchain and crypto technology as a Business Development Manager in areas of MEV, speed and performance, algo-trading, infrastructure of DeFi on EVM chains and Solana
- Good understanding of crypto industry in APAC region
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify technical data into clear ideas
- Role requires travel 10-20%, mainly to conferences and team meetings
