About the Business Development Representative Leadership Program

We are cultivating  the next generation of business leaders at Scribe.  This 12-month rotational program across our Sales and Customer Success orgs offers high-potential recent college graduates the opportunity to learn Scribe’s go-to-market approach  while making an immediate impact in our hyper-growth business. The roles you’ll have the opportunity to experience in the Business Development Leadership Program include Sales Development Representative, Account Manager, Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, and Account Executive.

Throughout the program, you  will:

  • Own high-impact projects that directly influence Scribe's growth
  • Receive mentorship from senior leaders across the organization
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of Scribe’s product, business, and customers

Join us in building a world-class go-to-market organization at Scribe. As part of our inaugural rotation program, you'll have unprecedented exposure to multiple aspects of our business. We have a massive volume of inbound interest that needs to be effectively managed, converted, and onboarded. Our team is rapidly expanding and testing new motions - there's a huge opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, experiment, and build new playbooks across different business functions.

(Some of) What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB inbound inquiries.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first face of Scribe.
  • Educate prospects on Scribe’s AI product to solve real world business problems.  
  • Generate qualified sales pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Bring in paying customers and closing revenue. 
  • Contribute to the optimization of our inbound funnel.
  • Lead one-to-many and one-to-one engagements with customers such as webinars, kick off calls, enablement sessions, and business reviews.
  • Conduct outreach to and interview existing Scribe Power Users.
  • Define and develop critical assets and playbooks to support the post-sales customer engagement motion.
  • Develop and implement best practices and conduct experiments to uncover innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Marketing, Billing, Ops, and Product) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ruthlessly focus on accelerating the impact you and teammates can have in supporting SMB customers.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (within the past 2 years) with exceptional academic performance
  • Previous internship, extra-curricular, or work experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and analytical capabilities
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly

Compensation: 

$70k-$80k USD OTE salary + Equity + Benefits
