Job Summary:
The focus of the Business Development Director is to recruit and develop new Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), Agents, ISVs, and FI and Non FI Strategic relationships primarily through non-self generated leads which would allow for the expansion of the outside sales ISO, Agent, ISV, and Strategic relationship program. Responsible for growing a network of prospects to acquire new sales partners and to develop strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily via self generated leads.

Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.

Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods.

Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue.

Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc.

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
What we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum three (3) years’ of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs
-
Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.

Solid understanding of merchant services industry.

Track record of growing revenue.
