As a Business Data Analyst for AppsFlyer’s North American operations, you will support data and analytics for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Partner Development departments in the region and their leadership. This role will play a key role to help strategize and drive growth & efficiency through business-oriented analytics.

As an analyst in our Data Analysts group, you will work in a framework where Analysts are unified under one professional structure while remaining connected to the region. This design is shaped to enhance decision-making and collaboration and drive more value for our customers & partners at scale. This is a great opportunity to join a strong team and have a direct impact on the bottom line.

What you will do:

  • Analyze AppsFlyer’s activities and business results, including outcomes in terms of pipeline creation, forecasting, LTV rates and customer retention
  • Build dashboards and measure KPIs using BI tools to improve the region's effectiveness and help us achieve our business goals
  • Structure and solve problems with analytic skills (e.g., investigation, modeling, mapping, and gap analysis) and techniques (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, and experimental design)
  • Help build ETLs in order to make the team’s work more sufficient (Biz Semantic Layer)
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior and C-Level stakeholders using clear and actionable presentations

What you have:

  • 4+ years of work experience as a data analyst in a SaaS company 
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, etc.
  • High proficiency in SQL & Excel - Some experience in building ETL solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - clear and articulate communicator 
  • Strong analytical skills set, business-oriented thinking with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working directly with senior & C-Level executives
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance business insights and decision-making
  • AppsFlyer is working in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance Monday - Wednesday

Bonus points:

  • Experiences with Python / DBT

For our US-based candidates, the expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) are between $130,000 and $150,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
