This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Detroit Renaissance Tower 300, Detroit MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business
The Incentives team within Transformation to Deliver is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise. We strive to be global strategic business partners, delivering world class transformational solutions. We operate as a global organization, supporting various functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and a growing list of new business partnerships.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).
  • Utilize your process improvement and system implementation skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.
  • Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.
  • Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.
  • Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.
  • Assist in triaging production issues involved with Connected Incentives claims

Additional Description
Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in business, process transformation, consulting, or project management or in combination
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
  • Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results
  • Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes.
  • Report out on process transformation performance to executive leadership on a regular basis.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and how OTD-S functions and operates
