We are seeking an experienced professional as our Brickbuilder Accelerator Program Director.  This role will drive go-to-market accelerators for GenAI & priority Databricks products. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner solution development and exceptional project management skills.  This role is a critical contributor to the success of the Brickbuilder program, enabling our partner ecosystem to innovate, deliver a faster time-to-value, and expanding Databricks market presence.

This role will report to the Global Head of the Brickbuilder Program.

The impact you will have:

  • Program Leadership: Lead the Brickbuilder accelerator program, focusing on the development and execution of Databricks GenAI products & priority products in collaboration with our strategic partners.
  • Accelerator Development & Activation: Collaborate with Product Managers and oversee the creation of product specific use cases, reference architectures, and accelerators that demonstrate the value of Databricks. Work closely with partners to identify, qualify, integrate and activate their capabilities, and accelerators with Databricks Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Business Impact: Deliver results through campaigns that activate new logos, accelerates & grows sales pipeline that helps customers achieve success with the Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Enablement: Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for partners to ensure they are equipped to successfully implement and sell Databricks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, enablement, marketing, and product, to align on strategy and ensure the success of partner-driven solutions.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or industry solutions development in the technology or data analytics space.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate the value of data analytics and GenAI solutions.
  • Strong team player with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • High-energy individual who can advocate for the program both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while executing on short-term objectives. Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to lean in and help in multiple ways.
  • Comfortable with up to 10% travel

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
