The Brand Creative team at Airtable tackles everything from web experiences, feature launches, campaigns, customer storytelling, sales enablement, and event experiences. As a group of multi-disciplinary creatives, and a part of the broader Airtable design organization, each team member brings their unique experience and perspective to the table. We’re looking for a brand designer to join our humble, talented and deeply thoughtful crew of designers.

What you'll do

  • Design communication materials that visually translate Airtable’s value to enterprise customers
  • Drive scalability and brand consistency by creating templated collateral systems 
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Work alongside fellow multidisciplinary creatives to uplevel the quality of deliverables and elevate the Airtable brand

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in either an agency or in-house environment, for consumer or B2B brands
  • You have a stellar portfolio with examples of work supporting marketing efforts such as web, product launches, campaigns, collateral, presentations, and events (not all are required)
  • You’re a problem solver, able to take complex concepts and make them understandable and relatable 
  • You have experience in designing data and complex concepts into concise visualizations
  • You are skilled in explaining your work and excited to participate in constructive critiques
  • You are proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members and stakeholders
  • You are a team player who can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have animation experience

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$123,000$160,700 USD
