Crusoe co-locates mobile data centers with stranded energy resources, like flare gas and underloaded renewables, to deliver low-cost, carbon-negative distributed computing solutions. Crusoe Cloud is a managed cloud services platform powered by stranded energy that enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering and computational biology.

As a Brand Designer, you will be at the heart of our design, product, and marketing teams, playing a crucial role in shaping our corporate and product brand. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual and graphical narratives that align with our mission and values, engaging our diverse audience of machine learning engineers, energy producers, and investors. You'll support our product marketing and events organizations by creating swag, marketing copy, booths, and more.

  • Design engaging visuals and graphics, including digital assets like product icons and loading states, print collateral, event branding, and corporate swag.

  • Develop and execute innovative brand design strategies that enhance Crusoe's visual identity and brand presence in the market.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all products, as well as corporate materials.

  • Manage and evolve our brand guidelines and assets, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to these standards.

  • Work on a variety of projects, ranging from website design to corporate presentations, maintaining a high standard of creativity and professionalism.

  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in brand design, preferably in a tech or environmentally-focused organization.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, brand development, and creative storytelling.

  • Proficiency in design software (Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for conveying complex ideas through compelling visuals.

  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

  • Experience overseeing branding projects from concept to completion.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • A passion for sustainability and an interest in the intersection of technology and the environment.

  • An exceptional eye for visual design, current trends, and best practices.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • High attention to detail is a must

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with ambiguous and/or iterative fact-sets

  • Works under general supervision with relatively little guidance necessary, can take direction well Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Motivated self-starter and team player; ability to work collaboratively

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation will be paid in the range of $50,000 - $100,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
