As an operations Supervisor you will be responsible for managing business office functions, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining a customer and patient focus. This role plays an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process while identifying workflow issues and providing solutions 

 

  

Here’s what you will experience working as a Operations Supervisor: 

  • Measure and monitor KPI metrics related to AR performance with an emphasis on aging categories   

  • Prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics as assigned 

  • Participate in weekly operations meetings to drive performance excellence. 

  • Establish working relationship with on and offshore counterparts; serve as a liaison between hourly and management staff for training, quality and general questions   

  

  

Required Qualifications 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

  • Expert knowledge in Billing Processes 

  • Project management skills. 


For this US-based position, the base pay range is $43,888.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
