About The Role

As a Barista/Office Assistant at Mochi Health, you’ll be responsible for making mornings at our HQ a bright, friendly, clean and welcoming experience for our team. That includes stocking our snack area and fridges each morning, answering the door/receiving packages, making coffee and doing some light cleaning after lunch before the end of the day. You’ll be a full-time employee and receive full benefits, with your core hours being 8am to 2pm Monday through Friday, onsite at our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You’ll Do

• Make delicious espresso drinks
• Stock the small kitchens and fridges
• Clean Dishes/Small trashes after lunch hour
• Answer the door, greeting guests, collecting mail and receiving packages

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience working as a Barista at local coffee shops. (Familiarity with La Marzocco Espresso machines are a plus)
• Willing and able to work in office five days a week (with paid time off)
• Willing and able to tackle more physically demanding tasks such as restocking/cleaning
• Professional Organization/Communication skills

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
