This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:  The Head of Executive Communications is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-impact presentations and communications to senior executives, stakeholders, investors, analysts, and customers. This role requires expertise in strategic thinking, storytelling, and the ability to interpret and present strategy and results alongside best-practice narrative storytelling. The individual must be skilled at crafting diverse presentation decks and scripts while adhering to and amplifying the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities: 

- **Executive Content Development:** Drive the creation of executive-level content that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with diverse audiences, working with various corporate communications, investor relations, corporate marketing leads. This role is exec facing and will need to collaborate across the C suite.

  

- **Strategic Interpretation & Storytelling:** Demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret organizational strategy and translate it into compelling narratives and proof points that engage audiences and drive alignment. Combine strategic insights with best-practice storytelling techniques to craft clear, persuasive messages.  

- **Presentation Deck Creation:** Develop and manage various types of presentation decks, including investor decks, product launch briefing decks, analyst decks, keynote decks, board decks, webinar decks, customer-facing decks, and more. Ensure clarity, impact, and audience-specific tailoring.  
 

- **Industry Trend Analysis:** Understand and present industry trends, market insights, and product information to inform strategic decisions and enhance executive communications.  

- **Solutions & Product Communication:** Develop messaging strategies targeted at key buyer personas by understanding their goals, challenges, and decision-making processes. Tailor solutions and product presentations to highlight features and benefits that resonate with specific personas.  

- **Brand Amplification:** Adhere to and amplify the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistent use of logos, color schemes, typography, tone of voice, and visual elements across all presentations.  

- **Mastery in Developing the Pitch:** Demonstrate mastery in developing pitches with confidence and authority by engaging audiences through storytelling while focusing on the value proposition that addresses their needs. Ensure pitches are conversational yet impactful with a clear call to action.  

- **Strong Creative Execution:** Possess the abilityto creatively drive presentations forward. Additionally, have the ability to delegate tasks effectively to internal or external design resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent quality. 

- **Simplification of Complex Ideas:** Take complex concepts and turn them into simple, clear articulations that resonate with diverse audiences, enhancing comprehension and engagement.  

- **Team Leadership:** Mentor team members in crafting effective content for executive communications and presentations.

Desired Qualifications:

- Proven experience in executive communications or presentation design across various formats (e.g., product decks, executive decks, corporate decks, investor decks, sales decks).  

- Strong storytelling abilities with expertise in interpreting strategy into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.  

- Proficiency in tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint, and tools for data visualization.  

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  

- Comfort with handling financial data and presenting it effectively to executive and investor audiences.  

- Ability to analyze industry trends and present product information tailored to key buyer personas’ needs.  

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple C-suite members while managing competing priorities effectively.  

- Expertise in maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials.  

- Experience in coaching executives on presentation skills and messaging.  

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and handle multiple reviews, and last minute changes. 

- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.

- Leverage AI for work efficiency.

This role is critical for aligning organizational goals, strategic information, and impactful communication while building confidence among executives, investors, stakeholders, analysts, key customers, and leadership teams. The ability to combine strategic interpretation with best-practice narrative storytelling, handle creative elements flexibly, and simplify complex ideas is essential for success in this position. This role reports into the Group Vice President of Corporate Marketing and will work collaboratively with executive staff members, as well as Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $170,800 and $317,200 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
