About the role

In the role of AVOD Ad Operations Coordinator, you will report to the AVOD Ad Operations and Revenue Manager.

The AVOD Ad Operations Coordinator supports Crunchyroll’s AVOD revenue stream by executing online ad campaigns – tracking performance, monitoring optimizations, and facilitating client reporting.

You will manage all stages of direct and internal house ad campaigns from asset collection to final billing/reconciliation. 

The Ad Operations Coordinator will also help facilitate pre-sales inbound advertising inquiries.

We are considering applicants for the location of San Francisco, CA.

  • Manage digital ad campaigns once deals close, working with our internal teams and external partners to gather campaign requirements and to traffic campaigns
  • Pull reporting from 1st party and 3rd Party platforms to gauge campaign performance and work with the internal teams to manage month-end billing
  • Set up Sold and Owned & Operated ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager
  • Provide optimization recommendations to improve campaign delivery and serve as a trusted advisor to Resellers, Internal Marketing teams and Advertiser/Agency partners to ensure confidence in strategy execution

About You

  • You have 1 or more years of experience in the general tech space or experience in the ad sales and operations environment from either the publisher or agency side 
  • You have experience in both Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • You showcase comprehensive experience managing external client communications
  • You display the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

About the Team

Crunchyroll’s AVOD team manages the ad experience on the ad-supported side of our streaming platform.  We connect advertisers with the highly sought after audience they seek to engage with.  This well-established team also supports internal branding and marketing efforts and acts as a top of funnel driver toward the SVOD side of our business.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
