Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through innovative automation solutions? We are looking for a talented Hyper Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions that integrate RPA, AI/ML, intelligent document processing, and low-code applications. Your expertise will be crucial in strengthening our Hyper Automation team and meeting our organization's digital transformation goals. In this role, you will:

Designs and develops scalable automation solutions incorporating RPA, AI/ML components, and low-code applications while following established coding standards.

Creates and executes automated acceptance testing for user stories, including bot performance testing and integration validation.

Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines specific to automation deployments, ensuring smooth deployment of bots and related components.

Implement intelligent document processing for automated data extraction and classification

Partners with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, focusing on opportunities for intelligent automation and process optimization.

Develops reusable automation components and frameworks, complete with comprehensive unit testing and documentation, promoting code reusability across the automation portfolio.

Create and maintain documentation including technical solution, test cases, and user procedures

Collaborate cross functionally to understand requirements and propose automation solutions
What we look for:
- 4+ years of experience with software development WITH RPA technologies (UiPath & Power Platform Preferred)
- Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and advanced tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML) preferred
- Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
- Understanding of APIs and their integration with automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant work experience

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $124,300 - $244,900
–Zone B: $114,700 - $224,500
–Zone C: $103,600 - $204,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
