As an intern you will be a part of the 12 week summer internship program that will provide an exceptional learning experience and an opportunity to be a part of a company who is helping Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We are currently looking for hard-working, curious and eager students to join our team.

About the Role: 

GoodRx is looking for an Intern to join the Audience Experience, Insights and Strategy team.
 

Responsibilities:

This person will spend their 12- weeks partnering closely with the Insights and Digital Experience teams to conduct an end-to-end audit of the consumer experience at GoodRx. The purpose of the project is to identify gaps in the user experience and provide recommendations that will both enhance consumers’ interactions with GoodRx, as well as drive conversion and retention among our user base. Specifically, this person will:

  • Conduct secondary and primary research to understand the current user experience across our Core, Gold and other products on desktop, mobile web and app. 

  • Use the findings from this research, as well as industry best practices, to develop a set of recommendations for improving the experience. These improvements should focus on opportunities for education, upsells and merchandising across platforms.

  • Work with the Digital Experience team to implement some of these enhancements (as time permits) and help GoodRx put their ideas into practice. 

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning how to create practical site experiences and leverage user research to inform key decisions. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Seeking a degree or concentration in User Experience, User Research, Consumer Behavior or Product Marketing

  • Extremely curious, motivated, and ready to work hard!

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, to which you will return to in Fall 2025

  • Expected graduation date between May or June 2027

  • L.A.- based candidates who can work on-site 1-3 days/week

  • Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during durning summer of 2025

Compensation rate for undergraduate students is $22.00 an hour.
