Position Overview

The Med-Tech Client Information Manager (CIM) will be responsible for ensuring that IQVIA Med-Tech clients receive the highest level of information services support, tailored to their unique needs. By leveraging the best practices and strategies we have developed for our big pharma clients, we aim to enhance the service experience for our Med-Tech segment, fostering stronger partnerships and driving better outcomes. This CIM role will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure that our clients' information needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manages and coordinates: Delivery and support of IQVIA™ information assets – national, sub-national, patient claims data offerings across multiple internal and external client stakeholders by following IQVIA’s best practices to achieve service levels, client satisfaction, and ensure revenue attainment.
  • Client Delivery & Support: Represents all IQVIA’s information assets delivered to the Med-Tech client organization.
  • Account Management: Manages complex, large account(s) across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develops a strategic and tactical understanding of the client’s business issues, and creates a compelling support plan, including data governance, change management, client education to meet the clients’ needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Builds client relationships across the client organization, including commercial operations, data governance, market research, forecasting, sales operations, IT, and procurement.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Accountable for driving quarterly information/business reviews with key client stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Partners with the client and IQVIA™ centers of excellence to implement data governance best practices – coordinates the impact assessment and recommendations for data events and product enhancements.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolves first line service issues, and coordinates second line support issues with the appropriate teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensures that service levels, key performance indicators (KPIs), contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients’ expectations, including timeliness and quality.
  • Proposal and Contract Development: Participates in information proposal and work order development and contract renewals.
  • Business Development Coordination: Coordinates business development and service activity with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting and Service Specialists to validate opportunities to achieve revenue and client satisfaction targets.
  • Strategic Expansion: Develops strategy for expanding the client’s utilization of existing information services and identifies new business applications.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Five (5) to eight (8) years relevant account management experience and/or delivery management experience (preferred) and/or pharmaceutical commercial operations experience
  • General knowledge of IQVIA™ offerings, account management and the pharmaceutical marketplace

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $99,500.00 - $212,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
