Primary Purpose: The Assistant Manager will support the Outlet Site Content team in a range of responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of content strategies across CoachOutlet.com.

  • Support the Associate Manager in executing site content strategies that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement.
  • Assist in the completion of monthly tactical site briefs to creative teams, ensuring all necessary and relevant creative assets are provided.
  • Own the strategy and briefing for content spots & adhoc site content updates along with communication of changes to cross functional teams.
  • Support AB testing initiatives, working cross functionally to ensure tickets are complete and assets are tracking on time as well as assist with the QA of testing experiences.
  • Work cross functionally to keep track of all current and future creative assets and flag when there are changes in timelines.
  • Partner with Associate Manager to monitor and recap content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, participating in innovation brainstorms & keeping track of enhancement priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to be key point of contact for cross functional partners.


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • BA or BS degree or an equivalent combination of work and education will be considered
  • 2+ years ecommerce, marketing or related experience required.
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with ecommerce content management & coordination
  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels
  • Exceptional ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Willingness to learn new systems
